Hilary Laurie, Account Executive

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Hilary joined The Larose Group, LLC part time as an Account Coordinator, advancing to a full time position as an Account Executive in just under a month. She is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, where, during her senior year, she became the first undergraduate to work for the Chancellor of the University as an Assistant Writer.

After earning her BA in Communication with a minor in Professional Writing & Copyediting, Hilary turned to developing her skills in sales and marketing. As a representative for high-profile companies, she spent a year in Scottsdale, Arizona developing training programs and campaigns for an independent marketing company. She returned to San Francisco in early 2006.

Hilary's abilities allow her to handle the public relations aspects of a campaign as well as create and implement strategic marketing and advertising plans for a variety of clients.

In addition to coordinating external communications including T.V., radio, and print advertising, public relations and sponsorships for the Northern California Renaissance Faire, Hilary handles the publicity for the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. This event is acclaimed as the largest competition of American wines in the world.

Hilary also focuses her attention on promoting and publicizing the nonprofit arm of the San Francisco Giants, the Giants Community Fund, and their flagship program, Junior Giants baseball.

In her spare time Hilary volunteers at the SF/SPCA, where she works as an Adoption Counselor, Volunteer Mentor, and Course Instructor. She loves the Denver Broncos, photography, and the fashion industry, and above all is a die-hard San Francisco Giants fan.
